MySQL Subscription Renewal Reps are responsible for complete Subscription Renewal cycle management including customer success activities to attain Quota for Renewals & Expansions from existing accounts. This role requires strong communications skills required for Korean Language.

Drive the renewal of Oracle's MySQL Subscription contracts to existing customers. Responsible for timely renewals and expansion for assigned customers in assigned territory. Attain Subscription Renewal quota along with Expansion Quota. - Forecast accurately business targets and opportunities in assigned accounts. Promote MySQL Enterprise features along with other Client Success activities.

Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle's portfolio.

Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.

6-10 years of experience in sales or related area. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment.
