Your Role and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of CICS Transaction Server for z/OS and related software (CICS Transaction Gateway for z/OS, CICS Interoperability Analyzer and CICS Configuration Manager).
The candidate will provide technical support to various departments (Operations, Production Control, and Application Development) on a rotating on-call basis

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

7-10 years CICS system administration.
7-10 years CICSPlex SM administration.
Strong SMP/E skills with ability to install and customize third-party software.
Ability to maintain CICS exits written in assembler.
Strong JCL and IBM utility skills.
Good knowledge of z/OS concepts.
Strong system and transaction dump analysis skills.
Ability to provide application support in a COBOL/assembler environment.
Ability to manage products and represent the team.
Strong oral and written skills.
