負責團隊管理 (負責駐廠人員工作準則、安全、教育訓練等之管理)及辦公室 / 廠區日常營運保養工作,包括以下內容:
(1) 水電氣/空調/消防系統維護,進行必要的設備檢查和儀表數據分析,包括:空調,UPS,CRAC,開關櫃,報警系統,BMS系統,門禁卡系統,消防系統,給排水系統,擴聲系統,影音系統及其他雜項電器
(2)配合客戶需求, 改善異常狀況、確認問題及提出預防對策
(3)監督管理維護保養計畫及供應商
(4)協助停電保養期間的因應事項
(5)回應系統報警,處理緊急情況
(6)編寫事故報告,協助分析事故的原因
(7)編寫周/月/季報
(8)確保始終保持高水平的專業性和客戶服務
