Reporting to the Senior Manager (SM) (Non-life Business), the incumbent will undertake the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to promote the non-life insurance market of Hong Kong and key members in managing related projects (insurance linked securities regime etc)
• Prudential supervision of authorized non-life insurers
• Other duties as assigned by senior management to facilitate the administration of the statutory functions of IA

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business-related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience for the Manager post; minimum 3 years for the Assistant Manager post
• Work experience gained in the mainland and overseas insurance / re-insurance markets
• Project management experience: Result-oriented and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in effectively presenting and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders
• Self-starter, business mindset, strong analytical and time management skills, and able to work in a team in a collaborative environment
• Strong command of English and Chinese; Putonghua highly valued
