Job Description
Provides daily operations management of the inbound/outbound telemarketing call response and lead qualification functions. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.

Supervises a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region. Provides daily operations supervision of inbound and outbound call response and lead qualification functions. Sets priorities to ensure task completion. Assists in creation of product, sales, and business function training programs. Assists in coordinating marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organization. Uses individual knowledge and skills to develop team members. May participate in the recruiting process.

Experience qualifying prospects and customers; understanding of the sales cycle process. Oracle product knowledge preferred. BA/BS preferred. Able to coordinate the daily activities of a work group and set priorities to ensure task completion. Provide technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, without hire/fire authority.
