Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Support in landing HR strategy and People Strategy through coordinating projects for Asia Pacific HR team
  • Turn HR into an employee-centric, fact-based decision-making organization by implementing global Workforce Governance and Employee Experience Management strategy in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in assigned HR functional and x-functional projects to successful delivery
  • Ensure full understanding of project scope to be able to design detailed project plans.
  • Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan through effectively coordinating people, resources and budget.
  • Manage the change management approach for respective project and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
  • Receive demand for & drive assessment of need for new initiatives, support proposals
  • Implement Workforce Governance process in APAC
  • Drive People Pulse activities
    • Provide People Pulse analysis and updates
    • Tracking and central oversight of People Pulse activities
    • Regional contact for global People Pulse team, providing regular updates and touchpoints
  • Provide relevant data reporting to drive the HR agenda and ensure proper communication to key stakeholders
  • Leverage global resources and deliver dashboards, visualizations, data analysis, platforms or any other appropriate and innovative formats.
  • Deliver actionable insights, data visualisations and end-to-end data analyses that help leaders with executing the People Strategy and continuously improving the experience of our employees, increase their engagement, productivity, loyalty and retention
  • Develop our people insights & data analytics capabilities to serve key business goals such as talent attraction & retention or product design optimization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Project management experience on broad HR projects.
  • Cross-functional and stakeholder management experience as well as different organizational levels (Global, Market, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on experience with analysis tools and approaches
  • Capable of presenting data back to the business in an easy-to-understand & visually appealing way
  • Understanding of database capability and experience of integrating, structuring and analyzing large amounts of data from diverse sources. Familiarity with database tools.
  • Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
  • Team player able to work productively and co-operatively cross-functionally, with peers and across a matrix, with stakeholders coming from different horizons
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Requisite Education and Experience:

  • 6+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience.
  • Familiar with commercial environment
  • University Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred in Data Sciences or HR
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
