RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:

This position will lead the IT Service Operations team to RUN a comprehensive IT eco-systems operations (Application and Infrastructure), gaining customer feedback, identifying and implementing capabilities/tools to improve service operations and enhance employee experiences in the plants and campus. Person will serves as the key IT business partner to the Regional Operations leadership in support of continuous operations at the manufacturing sites. Senior Manager IT Service Operation ensures best IT services with quality are delivered effectively and efficiently. This includes the fulfilling of user requests, provide user training, resolving IT service failures, fixing problems, gaining customer feedback, identifying and implementing improvement “efforts” or “enhancements” to improve service operations

The role has accountability for partnering with business leaders to identify and automate services to improve employees’ productivity and efficiency through using different tools and enhance user adoption to enable cultural change in the region. Senior Manager IT APAC service operation will collaborate with global technical services team to test and launch new capabilities. The role is also responsible for establishing and managing all ongoing support and maintenance of regional traditional application and digital products in the region while partnering with digital IT team.

This individual needs to be highly customer focused, service oriented, collaborative, influencing, discipline, a strong communicator and continuous improvement minded. The position requires a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse set of requests, quickly mediate between competing priorities, and work effectively with IT colleagues, contractors, and business management both within and across reporting relationships, business units and geographic regions to meet the customer expectation and requirements.

Finally, this leadership role is responsible for the management, development and engagement of its people, including the hiring of staff, their instruction, coaching and evaluation.
