Job Description
Specific duties and responsibilities
- Be recognized as the AP Program Lead for Global Curriculum learning solution(s); demonstrates operational stewardship and intimate program knowledge.
- Take an active, leading role during program redesign efforts, actively support the facilitation of program content and utilize feedback from faculty and program participants to improve the program's overall effectiveness.
- Responsible for overall content and delivery of the Global Curriculum program in Asia Pacific. Key tasks include:
- Defines program requirements and delivery standards for regional quality and consistency;
- Maintain the content over time to reflect the changes in our business, working with the AP Learning Strategy Lead and Global Program Lead to update/modify the content, as required, to suit our region's current and emerging needs;
- Proactively support Geography Learning teams on their local delivery of Global Curriculum programs, where appropriate;
- Liaise with Program Leads from other regions and Global Program Leads to ensure there is a consistent approach across all regions; and
- Identify and manage faculty pool for assigned programs.
- Participate in vendor/contractor selection decisions, oversee contract negotiations and manage ongoing relationships with external facilitators (i.e., former CXOs).
- Initiate and lead working groups comprised of AP learning professionals from our Geographies or Businesses on learning-related strategic projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in organizational psychology, adult learning, or human resources development in a global/regional professional services firm or MNC and relevant experience in learning solution design, management and delivery; relevant Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
- 8+ years of experience delivering leading edge learning solutions in a global professional services and/or complex matrix organization, including:
- Leading and delivering complex learning programs, including managing budgets, timelines, vendors, delivery team(faculty), and stakeholders of all levels;
- Experience facilitating programs in diverse environments (e.g., nationality, business unit, service line, seniority-level, etc.);
- Proven experience in managing multiple deliveries of adult learning programs for a regional/global audience and meeting established learning objectives and business outcomes;
- Experience utilizing instructional design principles and frameworks to assess learning needs, design learning programs and materials, and evaluate their effectiveness;
- Have knowledge of concepts and capabilities of learning technology platforms for content management, course delivery, and collaboration;
- Experience working with senior stakeholders at the regional level desirable, as well as a multi-cultural team; and
- Proven ability to effectively lead global teams, virtually.
