Job Purpose & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Responsible and accountable for subject region Logistics Services as well as all its related procured services utilization (e.g. Road/Rail/Air Transportation, 3PL Management, Surveyors, Documentation, Custom Brokerage, etc) to ensure comply with organization values and business goals.
Ensure optimum Supply Chain capability and its services to transportation to and from manufacturing plants, warehouses, hub storage, shipping, delivery and other related aspects.
Ensure efficient SC Logistics activities for incoming and outgoing for plants, hubs and warehouses, ensure accurate physical inventory and SC reporting to meet SBU’s performance & financial goals, as well as oversees its EHSS and Compliances.
Make recommendations to delivery strategy in response to cost analyses, work to reduce overall logistics costs, ensure logistics operations are at optimum efficiency and stay within budgetary constraints
Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management :
Development of short – and long term manpower plan; hiring, training, coaching, career development path and rotation and re-location assignment.
Policy and Procedures:
Develop, Manage and Implement Policy and Procedures in assigned facilities in order to ensure service level and delivery of logistics target by vendor and SC Sourcing & SC Logistics team
Supplier Performance Management & SC Logistics Executions
Manage KPI targets in areas such as transit and delivery times, inventory levels, logistics costs and service standards, monitor and review the performance of all supply chain and logistics activities including planning & control, inventory management, storage, customs operation, warehousing, transportation and distribution against these goals
Manage & report Vendor performances, conduct vendor performances review to ensure a reliable and up-to-standard service at optimized cost and oversee completion of logistics billing
Manufacture Plants, Tolling logistics management & customs operation
Monitor logistic operation team for execution related to import/export, bonded warehouse and deemed export shipments; ensure corrective action and import/export processes are in place to comply with regulations.
Timely monitoring inventory movement, reconciliation & accuracy and ensure required documentation are fully comply with the local regulation.
Cooperate with Trade compliance Leader to conduct compliance audit & event along with regional compliance guideline & strategy ,
Budget Management:
Prepare budget planning cycle and manage its utilization within assigned region
Manage Supply Chain costs as per budget and liaise with stakeholders to support business goals and strategy.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Min. 10 years’ in Logistics or Supply Chain management with experience in Warehousing, Land and Marine Transportation
Experience and interacts with BUs, Supply Chain, Risk, Finance and Legal
Good exposure and adaption in working in different organizations with different systems & policies
Strong Business Acumen, Analytical experiences and costing.
Strong financial background and knowledge
Excellent communication skills and tactical planning skills
Min. 10 years’ in Logistics or Supply Chain management with experience in Warehousing, Land and Marine Transportation
