Reporting to the Senior Manager (Group-wide Supervision), the incumbent will assume the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the prudential supervision of major insurance groups, with focus on conducting on-site and off-site monitoring and risk assessments of major insurance groups
• Participate in the preparations for supervisory colleges and assist in the liaison with local and overseas fellow insurance regulators and other financial regulators on prudential supervision of life insurers and in performing group-wide supervision of major insurance groups
• Other duties as assigned by senior management to facilitate the administration of the statutory functions of IA

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, accounting, finance or related disciplines
• A professional qualification such as qualified actuary, CPA or financial risk manager.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in financial services
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
