Reporting to the Senior Manager (Long Term Business – Major Groups), the incumbent will assume the following:

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in the prudential supervision of major insurance groups, with focus on Enterprise Risk Management, Liquidity Risk and/or Credit Risk
• Participate in the development of the Group-wide Supervision Framework
• Other duties as assigned by senior management to facilitate the administration of the statutory functions of IA

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, actuarial science, finance or related disciplines
• A professional qualification such as CPA, qualified actuary or financial risk manager. (Those currently working towards a relevant professional qualification may also be considered)
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in financial services, 3 years of which in Risk Management
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Experience in managing credit risk, liquidity risk and/or market risk is advantageous
• Experience in drafting policies is a plus

Term of Appointment

A competitive remuneration package commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications on a 3-year contract will be offered.
