Job summary
• Lead MIM (Manufacturing Integration Management) team to initiate and execute the projects which drive the efficiency and quality across the factories, e.g. automation, system and tool etc.
• Developing the MIM team, provides guidance and direction to the team for the critical technical issues, help team on the strategical thinking, lead team on the lesson learnt and organize the technical forum or committee.
• Plan the long term technical manufacturing roadmap and strategies towards our manufacturing mission (industry 4.0).
• Manage the goals of North China manufacturing operation.
• Manage the MBR, QBR, OP cycles for North China manufacturing ops team
• Continuously optimize the manufacturing process to improve the efficiency, quality and lower down the cost, e.g. automation, UPH increase.
• Works with cross functional team to push forward on the initiatives from manufacturing, Ensure alignment and drive consensus across teams, provides leadership with recommendations, prepares white papers documents.

As the Global Manufacturing Operations team for Amazon Devices, we define and maintain our manufacturing infrastructure worldwide. We target to maximize supply flexibility for our Customers, while maintaining a best-in-class quality bar and minimizing our Capex footprint. We will surpass expectations by developing, engineering and installing manufacturing solutions as we closely cooperate with internal and external stakeholders. Our achievements are measured against time-to-market, quality and cost.
