Responsible for working with agency channel management in recruitment drives and development of agency networks

• Execute AL development for Region to ensure all activities meet objectives, expected outcomes
• Be creative to provide new ideas AL development activities organization, speed up AL’s capabilities and engagement
• Organize, prepare all logistics for monthly Agency leader’s meeting, training and activities designed for AS, AL, PAL
• Work with vendors (if any) and key stakeholders to arrange logistic of training and events to ensure efficiency of activities
• Participate in recruitment events and workshop designed for AL
• Propose contest ideas and follow up, track and update contest result for Sales force Conduct all kind of AL development report including: daily basic report, post-activities report, AL development reports and others as required by Zone Head/Regional Head
