Global Mile is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, enabling Amazon's international selection expansion goals through providing Customers a one stop shop for international transportation, providing end-to-end supply chain solutions for our Customers. Within this team, CN Seller Service Management team is seeking a self-motivated leader to join us, who has rich experience in seller service and interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale

Key job responsibilities
1. Lead in the design, development, and implementation of GM seller service model to improve seller experience and operational efficiency.
2. Develop seller service program roadmap to ensure the business achieves promised value to deliver to our sellers by holding broad and strategic view collaborating with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operation Teams.
3. Lead the transformation of seller service operation to improve quality and cost, and drive continued improvement of seller experiences. Engage and influence stakeholder teams effectively to deliver results.
4. Be the Voice of the sellers gathering requirements, creating and implementing tiered escalation mechanism across the business teams to improve effectiveness in seller problem solving
5. Coach, and develop the team with prioritization, constructive feedback, resources planning, and data driven decisions.
6. Ensure the right people are in the right job and creates leadership opportunities.
