Roles and Responsibilities:

* Be the primary manufacturing support individual answering questions and reactive support for AmazonBlink/AZTech Manufacturing Network.
* Network Support, cabling, including port configurations supporting engineering.
* Imaging of stations/laptops to meet the AmazonBlink security requirements.
* Monitoring of AmazonBlink/AZTech Manufacturing Network, ensure systems are fully operational.
* You’ll deliver a great level of service and support to your AmazonBlink customer base, primarily AZTech.
* You’ll carry out change management requests (MCMs) as required, which will necessitate out of hours work.
* You’ll liaise with AmazonBlink Systems Engineering and external suppliers to assist in the procurement of hardware, to clearly communicate technical issues and uphold Amazon’s standards, specifically InfoSec.
* Provide information technology support and/or input to site-wide manufacturing team projects and initiatives.
* Proactive management of assets and inventory: you’ll run checks and audits in line with industry standards and processes, including Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
* You’ll document all manufacturing IT Issues and maintain a FAQ Wiki Documentation
* Provide Manufacturing IT support to senior engineers as required, including some out of hours commitments.
* Manage and release all test scripts on all AmazonBlink products. Work with the MFG to debug the new test script for new products and ensure the correct, stable and reliable operation.
* Work with Amazon security team to develop Black-box registration test software with C# for new products. And provide the technical support for Black-box registration issue.
* You’ll provide the information technology support for production OBA(open box audit) test with team member and solve the OBA failed issue.
* Develop test script with python/C#/C++ for Blink products.
* Create Tickets for the problems encountered in product testing and actively promote the solution of closure problems.

Required Skills:
The manufacturing engineer for the Amazon Blink business is expected to have the following skills:

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree required and Computers, Communication or other related majors;
* Experience: Minimum five (5) years related work experience;
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills - both in Mandarin and English;
* Have good communication and collaboration skills;
* Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit;
* Program test scripts using C# or C++ or Python or Linux shell;
* Proficient in the Linux development process;
* Proficient in the computer and network and Linux/Ubuntu operation system skill;
* Proficient in using various computer peripherals
