SUMMARY

Execute and monitor end to end market access, public health economics, and Return-to-Work segments (Transportation, Industrial, Corporate/Workplace, Education) strategies for Abbott COVID products

A successful candidate should:

• Identify key stakeholders across various segments in Transportation, Industrial, Corporate/Workplace, Education for engagement to understand Return to Work policies and practices within assigned region
• Identify and build engagement plan with stakeholders who are formulating guidelines and workflows for Return to Work during and post COVID-19 pandemic
• Achieving business plan and responsible for driving business for the Return to Work segments within assigned region
• To engage with key stakeholders – specially Medical Advisors and Associations on successful implementation of Return to work polices within assigned region

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to showcase Return to Work Abbott rapid COVID-19 solutions within assigned region
• Lead the development and execution of Return to Work to support safe return to work and opening up economy.
• Crafting tactical action plans for engagements with key stakeholders, both external and internal to ensure successful market access for Abbott rapid COVID products
• Act as an ambassador for the Market Access needs for the Return to Work business segments within assigned region
• Distributor development and daily management such as distributor optimization, cooperate with distributor to expand the market.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• > 2 years of relevant working experience in public health policy and engagement in solution and enterprise selling (for example, IT services, Hospitality Services, B2B selling to corporates, education, industrial & aviation sectors etc.)
• Any exposure to MOH, regulatory bodies, public health policy drivers is not mandatory but will be a plus
• IVD/Aviation/Maritime industries are preferred
• Conversant in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient skills in MS Office.
• Aggressive, ability to work under high pressure.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g. MBA, Healthcare Technology, & Technical Marketing/Management)
