Job Description

The Financial Services Industry Marketing team has evolved into largely a regional model to better support the needs of targeted markets.  While each region will run bespoke programs, the team cannot meet the demand for efforts that are global in nature - digital, Web, social, SEO - across six solution areas for FSGBU and any cross-pillar initiatives. 

 

The IC2 will have the following responsibilities that will continue to grow and evolve with the business:

• Support the team’s digital execution plans, streamline complex ideas, and adapt content across digital channels

• Lead for account based demand generation via content syndication

• Manage the Web codebase migration project including message refresh, on-page SEO, international web pages

• Development of social/blog/video content - creation, edits, publishing.

 

IC2 should have good knowledge of the industry, specifically digital content, requirements, and campaigns that target Financial Services personas.  He/she must be adept at using Oracle marketing tools such as Wrike, Eloqua, Sprinkler, youtube platform, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Assist with planning and management of pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage standard / moderately complex advertising campaigns and arrange sign off with country / regional management. Anticipate problems when dealing with relatively complex projects, propose and develop business driven solutions to overcome them. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support to others managing partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, two years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry company.
