This
includes the Cloud LOB strategic
planning, campaign and packaging,
virtual team collaboration, and metrics monitoring and reporting.
The Marketing
Consultant will collaborate closely with a core team of Regional Marketing leaders
that help drive the campaign designed by global and product marketing,
including identifying targets, value propositions and, use cases to drive
transformational growth for the Cloud LOB.
The Marketing
Consultant will work closely with marketing peers, such as Events, Advertising,
Communications, Digital Demand Generation, Social, Content Central, CRM and
Data team, Global Customer Programs – Customer Cases, Marketing Operations, and
Partner Marketing, to ensure alignment around our LOB strategy.
The role
will be reporting into the Program Leader Manager for the LOB.
Key Responsibilities
·
Development of communication macro programs to
promote Oracle's products & services.
·
Plan, manage, and integrate local/ regional campaigns
to drive our strategy.
·
Leading contributor individually and as a team
member, providing direction to others.
·
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving
the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of
specialization.
·
Drive tracking and analysis of metrics, Budget
and KPIs and present to management.
Key Activities
·
Content Strategy and Planning\: Understand target
personas; track inventory of assets available to reach that persona at various
stages of marketing lifecycle; and identify gaps in asset inventory that may be
required to engage target audience.
·
Campaign Planning connecting all pieces in
collaboration with Regional Marketing, agreed upon campaign themes and/or Global
Sales Plays.
·
Digital Activities\: Drive aligned digital
content execution working with marketing teams. Support the social and
editorial calendars for the initiative. Project manage the timely, accurate and
successful delivery of high-impact digital assets aligned to a communications
plan
·
Campaign Management & Metrics Analysis\: Work
with Regional Marketing to set targets for campaign tactics and track campaign
performance against defined objectives; ensure all campaigns are available and
communicated to key stakeholders; and drive collaboration and best practices
sharing among all teams via virtual team calls.

Sales Enablement Communications\: Work closely
with sales to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned to sales objectives and
communicated to sellers for activation.
Preferred
Qualifications
·
At least 5 years in Software/Technology
marketing;
·
Campaigns, Field, or channel marketing
background helpful;
·
Deep knowledge of the public cloud market as a
whole, specific knowledge of competing public cloud offers (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google
Cloud), and Oracle’s Cloud offerings and positions awareness and experience is
desired;
·
Experience in strategy, planning, and integrated
marketing campaigns across teams;
·
Must have solid understanding of market
segmentation; strategy, planning of modern marketing activities, execution
experience of digital campaigns;
·
Ability
to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information is
essential;
·
Ideal personality traits - Driven, proactive,
creative, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results
orientated;
·
Fast learner, able to understand new
technologies and process changes;
·
Flexible and able to shift strategies and
tactics when required;
·
A keen attention to detail is highly preferred;

Strong organizational, project
management and communication skills are required;

Expertise in modern marketing best practices;

Fluent English and basic Portuguese (nice to

with remote management

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.
