Job Description

 

 

The person will work inside the CX Application Business Analyst team to ensure optimization of the outcomes of EMEA CX SaaS Pillar campaigns. He/She will work closely with key stakeholders in Sales Operation, Marketing and Business Development Group (BDG). The role requires the development of trusted relationships with the stakeholders acting as an advisor and providing insights and recommendations on how to increase the return on investment of the marketing campaigns.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

• Provide real-time insights on high priority topics directly to the CX EMEA SaaS Marketing Pillar team to optimize the campaign execution and ROI

• Work closely with CX EMEA SaaS Marketing Pillar team to understand business priorities

• Deliver training and ad hoc support for end users on analysis and tools

• Ensure analysis is fully aligned with business goals

• Attend meetings/calls to present analysis and researches

 

 

Qualifications & Skills Required

 

· Minimum of 3 years in the role of Business Analyst working for multinational companies inside B2B markets

· Experience inside the Marketing Operation department performing analysis to increase ROI, to optimize campaigns and to analyze Accounts and Contacts life cycle is a plus

· Ability to deal with many stakeholders at the same time like Sales, Marketing and BDG supporting their requirements in term of analysis through operational reporting and dashboards

· Strong analytical and Business Intelligence skills

· Strong knowledge of Marketing and Sales disciplines and processes with a focus on Modern Marketing practices

· Enterprise software and technology experience highly preferred

· Expert level knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Powerpoint and Data Visualization tool, Oracle DV is a plus.

· Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Automation systems.

· Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.

· Strong Program management attitude

· Discretion when managing sensitive information

· Collaboration and best practice sharing

· Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment

· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically & execute tactically as required

 

Other:

· Relevant university degree is required

· Master’s degree is a plus

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
