• Assist to liaise with stakeholders / regulatory authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist to support and advise departments on quality or safety issues reported by internal / external customers to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are fully met
• Conduct internal audits and surveillance checks at operation areas on a regular basis
• Carry out event investigation, compile investigation report and verify completion of corrective / preventive actions
• Assist to prepare, draft and revise departmental manuals, procedures
• Assist to formulate improvement initiatives / plan for sectional development and assist in quality or safety improvement projects
• Promote safety awareness by preparing safety promotion materials and organizing appropriate workshops, briefing sessions or activities
• Conduct risk assessment at operation areas
• Identify and report deviation in terms of key project milestones
• Assist to plan and update MM-BCP on a regular basis
• Provide support to ad hoc projects and assignments

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience for Higher Diploma / Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent
• Completed ISO 9000, aviation auditor or equivalent in quality auditor training would be advantageous
• Completed training in Safety Management System would be advantageous
• Completed aircraft incident/accident investigation training would be advantageous
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills especially Microsoft Office and database applications
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical applications
• Good supervisory skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Material Management Executive, Quality
