Program Analyst

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Program Solutions activities including liaising with Suppliers on behalf of our internal customers, placing POs, inventory setup, order creation to delivery and customer engagement.
  • Customer management activities including leads generation, on boarding new customers, QBRs, SLA creation, customer feedback tracking and issue resolution, meetings and presentations.
  • Responsible for Quality Documentation for the Program Solutions team, ensuring that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.
  • Team lead responsibilities including delegation of tasks, training to team members and new hires
  • Supporting logistical activities within the team
  • Curiosity and desire for continuous learning and improvement. Proven success developing knowledge with both guided and independent learning.
  • Advanced excel analysis including KPI generation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Projects and activities as delegated by Manager

Skills Required:  

  • Degree level qualification in an undergraduate course or relevant experience.
  • 1-3 experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor/ Business or Logistics Analyst
  • Fluent in English and additional language skills is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with team members via phone and Zoom.
  • Process oriented, analytical thinker with strong business acumen
  • Strong project management skills required.
  • Competence in full Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Advanced Excel User
  • Experience using a CRM and ERP system
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership
  • Excellent relationship management skills, able to work across global teams
  • Strong customer services skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to handle multiple, competing tasks simultaneously, whilst maintaining attention to detail

  • Committed to deliver excellent service, developing contingencies as required.
Responsible for shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts supplies, and equipment. Includes material planning and scheduling.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle to ensure availability for customer orders. Coordinates the manufacture of new products at approved suppliers. Creates purchase orders and resolves invoice issues. Continuous assessment of manufacturing processes to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency. Meets with suppliers to ensure highest quality product deliveries within established lead times. Maintains accurate data for purchasing, bill of material, and inventory management. Verifies assembled products conform to defined specifications.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years experience preferably in supplier management. B.S. degree. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Negotiation skills.
