Mgr, Sales - THV TWN-017315
1. Promotes and sells product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers utilizing extensive understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
2. Develops and closes sales opportunities identified by inside sales role negotiating with complex stakeholder structures on top-levels and influencing budgeting process in purchase departments of customers
3. Builds and expands network of customers across assigned territory to push Edwards positioning in the market while developing and leading the execution of both short- and long-term territory plan
1. Bachelor's Degree in related field, 8 years of experience, with progressive sales experience and profound medical devices experience
2. Deep technical knowledge of CC product portfolio and how it addresses customer needs
3. In-depth understanding of CC strategy, selling model, the competitive landscape and market environments
4. Understands emerging industry trends and interdependencies affecting both Edwards and customers
5. Extensive understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
6. Strict attention to detail
7. Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
8. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
9. Anticipates and understands customer needs, feedback and objections and applies knowledge to create value
10. Negotiates with complex stakeholder structures on top-levels and influences budgeting process in purchase departments of customers
11. Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
