Currently we are looking for JBoss Administrator.

As JBoss Administrator you will manage and administer JBoss server for IBM Major Client.  You will also work with middleware infrastructure for J2EE applications including Apache, Tomcat, Oracle and Weblogic. On this position you will also build and deploy application packages.
As a specialist on this role you will trouble shoot configuration and performance issues as well as configure Datasource, JMS, MQ, SSL. Your Unix and scripting skills will be essential for the role. You will work within the team of professionals in different IT Areas such as Project Management, Change Management, Systems Operations, that will allow you to gain multi-disciplinary experience and up-skill in different areas.

•    Build packages/deployment
•    Resolving incidents, troubleshooting
•    Supporting Customers Changes, Request and Projects
•    Upgrading, Patch implementation,
•    Security checks

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• •    3+ years of relevant experience in JBOSS Server Administration activities such as:
  •    Build/deployment,
  •    Troubleshooting configuration/performance issues,
  •    DataSource/JMS/MQ/SSL configurations
  •    Experience with middleware infrastructure for J2EE applications using:
  •    Apache Tomcat,
  •    RedHat JBoss EAP 6x/7x,
  •    Oracle Weblogic Server
  •    Unix operations systems command level and scripting knowledge

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience in configuring HTTP servers i.e. Apache HTTP Server
• Familiarity with HPSM or any other ticketing tool
• WebSphere Application Servers management skills are additional asset.
