As an NPI Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing EE expertise to craft and deliver high quality consumer electronic products to the market on time. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced start-up like environment, self-driven, passionate electrical engineer to provide design, validation and manufacturing support. You will be accountable to take the lead in guiding and driving the contract manufacturers’ EE team to solve hard problems in the engineering builds, play a role in implementing and refining processes and methods to improve the manufacturing yield rate of the products. You will need to implement your strong failure analysis skills and arrange feasible DOEs to identify root cause and provide correction proposal with well documented results. To be successful you need to be highly motivated, detail oriented, understand how to solve hard problems and dive deep while showing highest standards of responsibilities.


In this role, you will demonstrate a strong working knowledge of electrical design, failure analysis, DOE and data analysis skills, to interact and lead our contract manufacturers’ EE team, driving them to a high level of quality; the desire to learn from new challenges, the problem solving and communication skills to work within a highly interactive and experienced team. Candidates must show a hands-on passion for their work and be able to communicate their ideas and concepts both verbally and visually. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to integrate feedback and to respond quickly to changing contexts and work environments.
This position is based in the Shanghai area. Domestic Travel is required, to work side by side with engineers in contract manufacturers.
