Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.

Manage development and delivery of product training on software. Define training needs; develop plan and schedule. Refine presentations by engineering and product management into training presentations for specific audiences. Manage production of webcast version of each training presentation using expert presenters. Handle all logistics needed to hold live training. Ensure that timely training accompanies all future product releases. May be responsible for answering phones in training facility.

Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is needed Follows standard practices and procedures. Normally receives detailed instructions on routine work and new assignments. BA/BS; 6 years of business experience, experience managing event logistics.!|!
