Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will work to manage marketing procurement processes that ensure best practices in ROMI management. You will also develop reports that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

 

 

  • Responsibilities\:
    • Establish and maintain procurement processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
    • Develop, maintain and monitor master JAPAC and field budget template – planned and actual.
    • Work closely with JAPAC marketing stakeholders to ensure quarterly and yearly spend to target.
    • Deliver accurate tracking on marketing spend for each budget owner across JAPAC.
    • End to end management on requisition/PO/invoicing/accruals.
    • Supplier and vendor management (onboarding, SLA and compliance).
    • Supplier procurement contract management.
    • Update and maintain monthly budget/actual in NSCorp system.
    • Create and maintain campaign metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact.
    • Analyze marketing campaign data to develop insights and make recommendations on ROMI.
    • Responsible for managing daily operations and issues resolution for marketing systems.
    • Adhoc administrative tasks to support JAPAC marketing team.

 

 

  • Requirements\:
    • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
    • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting.
    • Ability prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to details and sense of urgency.
    • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to manage procurement processes.

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Practical experience using the Internet. 2 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree in marketing or technical major preferred.
