NetSuite ABM/Customer Marketing Specialist (JAPAC)


We are hiring a talented, data-driven marketer to focus on the success and growth of our target and existing customers with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Customer Marketing Campaigns. You will be our customers’ biggest fan internally and run campaigns to boost their adoption and use of our platform, with the goal of maximising their success and impact. You will keep our customers up-to-date on the latest capabilities, while also targeting new accounts with Account-based Marketing (ABM) and Industry focused campaigns to help drive Pipeline Acceleration and increase our conversion rates.


Responsibilities include\:
  • Full ownership of ABM campaigns via platforms including LinkedIn and other tools geared towards ABM to align campaigns and sales action to the buyer’s journey.
  • Plan and execute the marketing strategy focused on product proficiency, customer success and expansion in our existing customer accounts.
  • Build programs focused on the middle of the funnel to accelerate or reinvigorate pipeline.
  • Manage our Customer Event Program including physical event roadshows and webinars, as well as high-touch events for rapid entry pipeline and pipeline acceleration.
  • Enhancement and coordination of our New Customer Journey and Customer Appreciation Programs.
  • Measure the success of these campaigns, report and optimize your approach based on the resulting data and work closely with Industry marketing to launch broader industry campaigns.
  • Educate our growing customer base about our platform capabilities and their benefits through customer newsletters, customer-focused content, social media and more.
  • Advocate internally that all teams solve for the customer; you are their biggest fans within the company and understand that their success and happiness is what we are all about! 


Requirements\:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Past experience in communications, marketing, analytics, or related field.
  • Appreciation of or high degree of exposure to Sales.
  • Strong writer and content creator
  • A keen nose for good product marketing, and the ability to educate in ways that our customers/target will understand.
  • Experience with ABM a huge plus


!|!Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.

Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Understanding of software and consulting arenas. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.!|!
