NetSuite Solution Consulting (Pre-Sales) Senior Manager - ANZ
The Pre-Sales Solution Consultant Senior Manager role is responsible for meeting quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the New Business Direct Sales organisation for the Mid-market and Corporate segments (Field). As a lead of the ANZ team you will add value throughout the sales process and ensure your team is supporting the Field sales teams across the region. You will bring a depth of experience in solution consulting with previous NetSuite experience as an asset. You have proven success coaching and mentoring team members with a desire to grow and build a team. You will be responsible to drive the strategy for the SC team supporting these deal with escalations and partner with key executive members in the organisation to drive new sales influencing ARR. You enjoy a challenge and are able to deal well with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise solution consulting opportunities for a team 6-8 individual contributors
- Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuite's business applications to all levels including line of business managers and "C" level executives aligned to key verticals
- Provide input to other cross-functional departments – such as Product Management, Client Management, Support and Professional Services - pertaining to customer requests and product enhancements.
- Coach, support and develop members of team – from both a product perspective, softskills as well as customer interaction
- Manage needs and performance of team
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex customer requirements as required
Qualifications/Skills:
- 5+ years in a pre-sales or professional services role with CRM, PSA, Supply Chain and ERP applications
- 3+ years in management / and or team lead role with examples of your leadership skills
- Experience with financial application packages and thorough understanding of accounting principles & business operations
- Experience presenting NetSuite product to customers an asset
- Previous experience selling to technology companies
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with ability to solution sell and coach
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
- Previous experience hiring and building a pre-sales team is an asset
- BA/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience
- Ability to work well on cohesive team
As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate business needs. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
