Analyst
Explore, innovate and develop digital data insights to help Oracle
Marketing Cloud clients leverage the power of email marketing and digital
orchestration to drive new customer acquisition, engagement and conversion
opportunities. This highly visible role requires a unique combination of
skills, experience and marketing acumen.
Key Responsibilities
This position reports to a Director/Sr. Director, Analytics
& Strategic Services and will work with the team to build and utilize the
following skills\:

Reporting
Insights. Reports are just another way for you to tell a story (only with
data). You’re a whiz at using beautiful and easy-to-understand visualizations to
help you weave a compelling story that helps your customers understand and take
action based on your analysis.

Analytics
Acumen. You love working with data and related tools. PivotTables are just
the beginning for you as you also understand relational databases and enjoy honing
your SQL or similar skills.

Idea
Generation. Identify new opportunities for digital offerings on our team. Spot
ways to automate processes and gain efficiencies (and then do it!). We’re a
team of independent thinkers – if someone on the team has an idea, they can
pitch it and help make it happen.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required.
-
Proficiency in Excel required.
-
Strong experience with SQL strongly preferred.

Experience with R and Python is preferred.

2-4 years digital data analytics with large
digital data sets (e.g. display, social, web, email, mobile, social, etc.).

Proven experience using your digital analytics
skills to identify customer behavior insights and translating data analysis
into actionable marketing recommendations and presentations.

PowerPoint proficiency is required.

Strong listening and relationship-building
skills are important.

High intellectual curiosity, drive,
determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills.

Consulting/agency experience preferred.
-
Strong preference for person to be located in
Denver CO, or Chicago IL.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
