Job summary
Amazon Devices is looking for a full-time CM Site Office Program Manager. This position is intended to increase our emphasis on customer experience by identifying and planning for the business, individual teams and employee needs in advance of growth while streamlining efforts and tools to reduce overall cost.

Key job responsibilities
The candidate for this position must be an excellent communicator, with an ability to guide stakeholders in defining scope and effectively using resources. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed with minimal supervision in an open and collaborative environment.
This role will:
• Be responsible for site office daily facility management. Work independently to drive cross functional teams to ensure onsite service standards and levels.
• Drive and coordinate the work environment improvement including perks and amenities
• Be flexible to coordinate the onsite team and visitors’ requirements to support the ongoing business activities
• Act as the contract window to support site operation and improvement project at different CM site offices remotely.
• Support the onsite events and employee engagement actives
• Drive the onsite space plan to support long term business needs
• Provide administrative support such as travel arrangement, visitor’s coordination and onsite business initiatives.
