Experience Level

• 1-3 years of experience relevant to this position specially in the Telecom Domain / Industry including some consulting experience.
• BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in any of this branch - Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications.
• Any experience as a consulting professional having prior exposure to Design and Development on Oracle OSM/UIM/NI/ASAP/IPSA with related tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• To work on multiple Oracle Communications OSS Suite of products
• Maximize use of standard Oracle OSS products, their processes and capabilities
• Work in a distributed Consulting project team, will have to combine a high degree of self- sufficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers in  countries across the globe

Mandatory Skills

• Should have good knowledge of OSS domain such as Wireless, Cable, DSL, VoIP, POTS, IP,  IPTV
• Should have done minimum few medium to large implementations using Oracle CAGBU OSS products
• Should possess awareness of TMF ODA/eTOM, SNO & RSDOD
• Should have hands-on implementation & working knowledge in OSM around Orchestration, Decomposition, Fulfilment Patterns, Workflows including static processes,  Rules, Tasks, Order Change Management, OSM Administrator Client, Design Studio  Cartridge Modelling & Integration with upstream & downstream systems

Desirable Functional/Technical Skills

• Strong oral and written communications skills. Must be able to clearly and effectively  communicate work status, risks and issues.
• Good knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, SOAP, HTTP, SSH, TCP/IP, TELNET, CORBA, RMI,  LDAP, JMS, SSL, SNMP, SQL, XSLT, XQUERY, XML, Drools, WebLogic Administration,  Bridging and SAF configurations, Oracle RDBMS, PLSQL programming
• Performed any OSM/UIM/NI7 installation – standalone as well HA (high availability) cluster
• Conceptual model, SNO, Reference Implementation, RSDOD & SR2B implementation  knowledge is an added advantage
• Understanding of Cloud Native tools, technologies and framework

Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.

As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.

1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
