Typical Duties:
- Consolidate monthly operations data and publish region reports.
- Validate calculation methods of the region operations scorecard, through the correct application of pre-defined calculation methods.
- Maintain region operations database to ensure functionality of the system and integrity of the data.
- Analyze operations data and reports process and provide improvement solutions.
- Support the monthly operations review meeting, SITG meetings.
- Coordinates regional operations team efforts to maintain PS’ global process template within Asia that meets business objectives and ensures its ongoing integrity.
- Coordinate region operations event to include spending, contracts, themes, locations, dates, etc.
- Coordinate plant event schedules to ensure Asia Pacific representation and standardized scoring from plant-to-plant.
- Track and provide data for monthly operations spending.
- May provide clerical and administrative support procedures and controls for region senior operations leadership.
- The deployment and ongoing management of the Innovation process for the Asia Pacific Region.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related discipline.
- 3 – 5 years working experience in a related discipline, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English.
- Prior experience in financial analysis to include commercial cost, financial statements analysis and interpretation, manufacturing cost, investment studies is desirable.
- Specific Knowledge in MS Office applications, database management and financial reporting software.
