  • An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of industry best practices & business processes to deliver great customer outcomes
  • A cloud architect who has extensive consulting for architectural design on CRM requirements and implementation. Should be able to define & design the architecture and integration with 3rd party systems
  • Able to operate independently to provide quality work products, perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to deliver Customer advocacy
  • Understands how technology can drive transformational change and be able to influence executives in the industry
  • Be actively involved in business development activities

You will be responsible for establishing strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with our customers, working with our global teams to implement the right solution for our customers enabling their successful adoption of our products and services. You will inspire the client to see the journey ahead of them and while they may only look to implement a part of the winning solution, you will help the team establish a pathway to expand on a client’s Oracle footprint. You will bring in strong domain knowledge in delivering Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. A critical part of the role will also involve leading the solution delivery of the CX implementations to ensure the customer’s business needs are addressed and benefits are realised.

Pre-Requisites

  • Work experience within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform such as Salesforce or Microsoft.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Tertiary Qualifications
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Australian resident or citizen

 

Preferred Skills

  • Working experience on cloud implementations with Oracle Fusion
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Management - Customer 360/Lifecycle
  • Experience in Fusion Apps
  • Knowledge of CI/CD Knowledge
  • Experience working in Sales and Service implementations
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
