Job Description

Summary:

As a Recruiting Liaison Administrator, you'll help to define and execute our global campus recruiting strategy for the hiring of consultants, support analysts and education instructors as well as various other aspects of the recruiting process. You'll support the program by coordinating with the Oracle Campus Recruiting teams, identifying target programs and universities, developing and executing program marketing, assist managing candidate interviews, organizing events, and acting as the contact between the Consulting Practice Teams and Oracle Campus Recruiting teams

You will also play a key role in creating new and innovative strategies identifying alternative talent pools for our Customer Success Consulting, Education and Support teams in North America.  This role will support developing both internal and external partnerships that help build high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. You will help the Oracle NetSuite GBU achieve ambitious growth targets by collaborating with our recruiting and internal teams in developing external events, branding initiatives, and hiring plans.

Further responsibilities include: managing to a recruiting budget, documentation, reports, and metrics for the program, administering feedback sessions, revising or developing program recruiting processes as a result of participant feedback and new program initiatives, partnering with the Enablement and Hiring Managers to ensure a consistent experience, and providing support as requested for the Onboarding program

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Professional Services campus recruiting strategy and implementation.
  • Collaborate with our recruiting teams to organize and facilitate recruiting activities, identifying creative approaches to support recruiting
  • Learn and understand the strategic priorities and talent strategy for assigned business groups and develop strong business insights
  • Understand trends (i.e. labor market supply/demand, workforce trends, Oracle NetSuite’s employment brand position) and share insights with business leaders & HRBPs to devise an appropriate sourcing strategy
  • Champion strong community partnerships to support sourcing strategies
  • Assist with planning and executing events
  • Help recruit, interview, hire and build relationships with candidates
  • Track and report on recruiting efforts and candidates
  • Plan and manage office visits and interviews (Virtually)
  • Organize and execute the final candidate hiring process and communications
  • Collaborate with Recruiting on marketing/branding, to align activities with brand strategy and achieve consistency of messaging
  • Execute process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
  • Maintain relationships with client teams and raise issues to team members to help develop and drive strategy
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to drive program success
  • Develop and adhere to a budget for recruiting activities
  • Contribute knowledge and promote a knowledge-sharing culture

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in HR, recruiting or a related discipline preferred
  • Excellent candidate conversion skills, including marketing & selling of Oracle NetSuite as an employer of choice
  • Ability to gain credibility and build solid relationships with candidates, business teams and partners
  • Experience with campus recruiting a must
  • Proficient recruiting and interviewing skill
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment

  • Familiar with information/applicant tracking or recruiting databases/systems
  • Exceptional customer service focus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous marketing experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in French (Preferred)

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
