The Role
We are building a next generation Consulting organization in Singapore, to implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers around Cloud Computing, Database Performance and Migrations, Modern Application Development, Oracle technologies and applications.

What You’ll Do
Your core responsibility is to understand customers' business requirements and challenges and implement best practice based and innovative solutions using Oracle's Cloud Applications and Technology solutions. You will have opportunities to engage with a variety of customers from all sectors and industries, including manufacturing, banking, telco, education, government and many others.
As an Associate Consultant, you will:
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Customer Experience applications
- Able to configure the application to meet the client’s business process and requirements and develop workarounds as necessary
- Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and management of configuration/prototype workshops
- Develop and document testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
- Facilitate train-the-trainer or end-user training
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations with other systems
- Communicate and liaise with Key Users for complete analysis of business requirements
- Assist in Post Production Hypercare
Required Skills/Experience
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in any field - 2020 or 2021 graduate completing course requirments prior to start date
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated passion in digital marketing, digital experiences, customer experiences or Xperience
- Digitally savvy and creative; experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Able to work collaboratively in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment across a wide variety of stakeholders (e.g. Clients, Sales, cross Consulting teams, Solution Engineers and offshore delivery center etc)
- Able to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
- Highly adaptive attitude with a strong personal drive and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, active listening and interpersonal skills – effective communication across cultures is an essential requirement in this regional role.
- Able to learn, unlearn and relearn technology and contextualize its value on the job quickly

Receives detailed instruction on routine work and on new projects or assignments.As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.

Demonstrates basic competence in one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
