What are my responsibilities?

Responsible for progress tracking and expediting for  home made parts in workshop till exw, coordination of engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, testing and quality aspects, tracking and expediting the project to be OTD 负责跟踪监控项目转交后到厂前所有工作，协调工程、采购、生产、物流及质检的工作保证项目按时交货

Project on time delivery

Creat project schedule, tracking and update current project status timely.

创建项目计划并且及时跟踪更新最新状态"                                                                                 

Update weekly project report

更新周报

Tracking material status and progress with buyer

和采购员一起完成物料状态和进度的跟踪

Lead project issue resolving

主导项目问题的解决

Risk and progress control as well mitigation for delay

风险及进度控制，并制定相应的解决方案

Organize and coordinate the issues among functions related.

独立组织领导跨部门协调工作，保证项目顺利进行，满足客户要求

Support PM for customer visit reception and meeting in workshop

在客户来访时，对项目经理的工作予以支持

Abide by the company's EHS regulation

遵守公司EHS管理规定

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Be familiar with production (Compressor, steam turbine)熟悉产品(压缩机、汽轮机)

Basic knowledge with MS-Office and other office software具备使用办公软件及其他软件的能力

Basic English speaking, reading and  written skills 英语基本听说读书写能力

Education background -Engineering Bachelor degree or above工学本科或以上学历

Organization,responsibility, collaboration and Communication skill较强的责任心、组织、协作及协调沟通能力

Have sense of risk control风险控制能力
