1. Responsible for order to Cash process which incl. master data maintenance, order and contract review, SAP order processing.
2. Order entry and license delivery and invoicing on SAP.
3. Customer support.
-Liaison with the Sales/the Finance in Japan and other functions in US HQ.
-Customer database management.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Good command in Japanese language.
2. Self-initiated and matured personality
3. More than 5 years working experience at multi-national company.
4. Good communication skill with people.
5. Good understanding in English
6. Skills in Microsoft applications.
