Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Create customer orders in the ERP(SAP) system and determine the delivery dates (Check of delivery dates and confirmation, order confirmation to the customer) to fulfill the customer order at the requested date;
- Monitor order relevant compliance of the delivery dates and quantities to initiate proactive; measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time and to be always capable to provide order information;
- Place order, monitor the supplier delivery and devaluate the finished goods as MRP controller to fulfill the customer order delivery date;
- Monitor delivery dates and timely initiate deliveries to ensure delivery reliability to the customer;
- Coordinate and handle the return goods;
- Work on customer inquiries and collect the sales forecast.
- Work on the design of logistics and transport concepts in cooperation with logistics process planning, packaging planning and transport handling to safeguard the delivery process and minimize process costs.
- Coordinate a quickest possible invoicing to the customer. Actively contributes to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and passing on all relevant information to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above;
- 2- 3 years working experience in sales order management or planning and have hands-on ERP system experience (SAP is plus);
- Collaboration, Customer Focus, Self motivated;
- Good oral & written English
