Job Description
Develops and implements non-technical internal employee and management development programs. May be responsible for company wide communications to employees.
You will develop and manage training courses for our employees. This may involve using web based tools or contracting with vendors to deliver classroom training. Conducts follow-up to determine applicability of course material. Works with other HR Program team members to determine clients need.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Excellent project management, organizational skills, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design process to tool creation. Knowledge of multimedia delivery methods. Advanced PC skills; i.e.: Microsoft Office. 5 years related experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent.
As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process. This will involve identity and employment verification, professional references, education verification and professional qualifications and memberships (if applicable).
