We are looking for a highly motivated professional , selfdriven who will be fundamental piece to Oracle´s Alliances and Channels team the LATAM region to exceed expected revenue results, implementation results and ecosystem results by working with Coverage Sales Team and partners in all LAD. This person will be in charge of huting, connecting and developing proactive strategies with their selected partners and in charge of the specific KPIS attached to the role. |

The Partner Account Manager is responsible to translate and transform the country strategy defined by the alliances and channels´territory leader(s) in a multicountry fashion with the selected managed partners. This responsibility includes teamwork with cross teams to generate influenced revenue to their partners proactivity, GTM, implementations and industry knowledge. |

Able to articulate Oracle´s strategy into current and potential key Partners to generate commitment, strategies, and to exceed assigned business goals |
|
Able to develop/implement GTM strategies and quickly identify opportunities and support/lead account plans/industry plans in teamwork with various Lines of business from Oracle, to exceed quarterly and annual influeced revenue targets |
|
Create, monitor and/or support strategic initiatives, KPIs and results with all their assigned partners capable to follow and suggest improvements for partners implementations issues as needed to quickly identify and resolve issues |
|
Able to define enablement paths in both commercial and/or implementation side, in alignment with strategy, to teamwork with the Enablement team for success completion |
|
Build quick rapport with counterparts both at Oracle and at Partners. Able to generate long term relationship with Oracle SaaS ecosystem |

>3 years in IT industry |
|
presales/sales/channel managers or similar roles |
|
Quota roles or experienced working by Objectives and key results |

familiar with IT Business. special SaaS focus is desirable |
|
Intermeditate or superior English level |
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
