Your Role and Responsibilities

In this exciting opportunity and under direct supervision, perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization.

• Prepares progress reports for all work performed. Receives work direction from supervisor on work priorities and daily assignments.
• Manipulate and display data to assist client insight - 15%
• Analyze, Develop, and Recommend Tools and Processes -15%
• Using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations– 10%
• Participate in meetings conferences to improve business outcomes– 60%

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a PCTechnician
• Strong skills of mainframe application and hardware
• Customer service and communication skills
• Troubleshooting
• Security +
• Security clearance: United States - DoD Secret

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

10 years of technical support experience

Associate's Degree/College Diploma
