The EBS Projects Development team, is responsible for continuous innovation; leveraging the latest technologies in Oracle techstack, with focus on functional advances, UI modernization, and operational efficiency, as well as sustaining existing releases through continued fixes for customer reported bugs.

We are currently looking for brilliant Engineers who can full fill the below requirements

Preferred Qualifications

•     3 to 5 years of overall experience in analysing, designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging Software Applications.
•     Good programming skills in SQL & PLSQL.
•     Good programming skills in Java and J2EE application framework.
•     Good understanding of object-oriented programming and Oracle RDBMS.
•     Strengths in problem solving and debugging.
•     Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
•     Should have the ability to work with globally distributed teams, spread across timezones.

Other Supporting Skills

•     Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as ADF is a plus
•     Techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS or other ERP systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

•     Design and implementation of new features and functionalities.
•     Supporting existing releases by providing fixes for bugs reported by customers.
•     Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Quality Assurance team and other dependent teams during various phases of SDLC.
•     Mentor other members of the team.
•     Be able to function indepedently in your area of expertise.

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
