Job Description

To this end, we are building a range of products that help advertisers of all sizes connect with customers from discovery to purchase and enhance the customer experience with Amazon. We launched our first advertising program in 2006, and since then have built a global portfolio of advertising solutions on Amazon owned sites, mobile web and apps, Fire tablet and TV, out of home, and on thousands of external publishers on desktop and mobile through programmatic advertising.

We are now seeking a high-judgement, self-motivated, customer-centered, innovative-thinking, and result-driven communications professional to join our PR Communications team in China.

· Retainer and vendor management
- Coordination with vendors, team members and procurement team including adding new vendor and maintaining team vendor pool
- Complete PR retainer review and annual renewal procedures
- Lead on negotiation and manage clipping monitoring and social listening agency
- Tracking monthly retainer spending
· Financial and contract affairs
- PO request, coordination with global finance team, payment clearance
- Support each team to track and control spending
- Complete procedures on Contract Central system for team contracts
· Daily team logistics
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Responsible for developing schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Team event organization.
- All other duties as assigned including special projects and general support of team activities as required.


- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects, in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organizations skills
- Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required.
- Positive, proactive mindset and be able to always exercise great judgment
- React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel are desired.
