Typical Duties:

• Responsible for package specification design for AFM and PB of China facilities.
• Design the packing for all OE customer project according to customers' packing concept and requirement.
• Always keep communications and meet OE customer’s expectation.
• Focus on packaging design and improvement to meet with customer requirement.
• Work with other team to optimizing packaging for cost saving opportunity.
• Implement any returnable packaging activities for OE customer requirement.
• Be responsible for OE customer packaging sheet implementation.
• Involve in new project launch on packaging requirement.
• Battery package design for Visual Deco System in plants.
• Battery label/carton design if needed.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree above in packaging design or related design engineering major.
• Minimum 5 years packaging design experience.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and automotive OE customer orientation experience.
• Excellent AutoCAD/Solidworks software skill.
• Good presentation and project management skill.
• Fluent in Mandarin & be able to read and written in English, oral English would be a plus.
• Automotive PPAP experience would be a plus.
