Your Role and Responsibilities

The Peoplesoft Developer will support development and integration of the new Peoplesoft ePerformance module, in addition to operations and maintenance and small enhancement work. Activities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system enhancements. You must be able to propose solutions to user requests, design and develop those solutions, and work with business users to conduct and complete User Acceptance Testing and deployment activities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large complex enterprise system migration projects (greater than 25 000 users).
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience.– PeopleTools, SQR, Security.
• 2+ years of PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 experience.
• 8+ years of PeopleSoft Federal experience.
• 5+ years of User Acceptance Testing experience.
• Experience developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements.
• Experienced at business requirements analysis.
• Experience with HRLOB operations & procedures.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Active Public Trust security clearance.  
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrades.
• Experience with ETL/Datastage.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Database.
• Experience with Windows and Unix.
