The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

Amazon is aggressively expanding its Paid Service strategy worldwide, and we are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the performance of our marketing efforts, focusing on optimizing both owned and paid marketing channels, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving our strategies to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with proven expertise in managing campaigns that increase engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns across various owned and paid channels to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align campaign strategies and goals across all channels, ensuring a consistent brand message and maximizing lead generation.
• Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Manage the marketing budget for owned and paid channels, allocating funds strategically to maximize return on investment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in performance marketing, adopting new and innovative tactics to stay competitive.
• Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct mail, out-of-home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI and performance.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages tailored to target audiences.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
