Job Description
1. Main Tasks:
Together with S&OP manager to manage Commercial Risk & Opportunities through S&OP, SUPPLY review, demand calibration, new anticipation stock management, explore the business alternatives and plan for strategic priorities and deploy to downstream supply chain through supply planning.
Together with demand planner to drive daily/weekly/monthly volume and revenue delivery against business objectives, budget/LE, etc.
Lead business exception decision, priority call, and unplanned activity/task. i.e: abnormal transportations, A/F, stock allocations, local one shot solution, formula simplification drive, etc.
Develop the operating strategy and align with commercial team and CSN team. Renew annually, review every 6months.
Lead and Drive Standardization on delivery process.
NPI assessment and delivery. Feasibility and economic Assessment for changes (phase in phase out, new creation, new transfer, discontinuations, etc.).
Provide ad hoc support for urgent business needs base on risk & reward charts.
Together with CSN and Customer Service on clients/business categorization and provide business delivery guidance/priorities for order processing. Drive reduction of unplanned event/request and support/enable standardization for planned event/request from commercial.
Orchestrate the business priorities from season to season, steps to steps for Flavor CHINA against supply chain objectives on EBITA/inventory/service.
Drive priority setting for month/week/daily and make business priority calls for downstream of supply chain.
Match supply constraint with customer/demand/order priorities. Develop alternatives to match the supply chain capability with aggressive demands from market/customers.
Handling exceptions with business leaderships and validate the right request/orders for supply chain, enable and improve the better.
Develop and guide the operating strategy for go-to market and operation framework, include inventory structure and health delivery.
Leveraging regional resources, capability for business delivery optimization through supply network, logistic cost and production capacity.
Provide short term shortage support at regional level on fast response and business prioritization.
Explore business opportunity cross markets and support the business potentials/upside, include month by month drive (strengthening plan, gap closing plan, etc.)
2. Qualifications:
FORMATION / EDUCATION LEVEL
Bachelor’s degree or above.
PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
>5 years in complicate business planning experience. B2B model prefer.
Strong knowledge of supply chain business model (S&OP, NPI, customer service, inventory structure).
Experience of business delivery by end to end supply chain management.
Leading LE improvement of business opportunities, Inventory loss, diminish the cost of production.
