The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Premier Advisory, Consultant who is responsible for developing and managing business performance of a branch/office in order to achieve assigned targets, and at the same time ensure business quality, through:
(1) promote sales performance/growth in regions
(2) increase number of agents, grow size of business
(3) implementing regional business plans, managing and implementing agents' plans.
 

Report to: Senior Manager, Premier Advisory (Nest by AIA & Exchange)

Job Responsibility:

• Based on the annual target of the branch/office, Premier Advisory, Consultant allocates the quota to the offices and sets the direction, deployment plan, increases the number of agents
• Develop and implement business plans for branch/office
• Review and evaluate the feasibility and priority of the business plan, select priority. Implement, review and adjust as necessary
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop Agency Leaders in the branch/office to meet the requirements in terms of quantity and quality
• Identify and select potential agents candidates to develop
• Ensure healthy business growth, maintain the company's prestigious image
• Ensure healthy business operations, maintain renewal fees

Job Requirement:

• University degree
• 4-5 years experience in sales management, business development, experience in life insurance is an advantage
• Skillsets: influencing skills, stakeholder management skills, sales planning, problem solving, mentoring, coaching, training, digital adaptability
