Over 10 years of relevant IT experience with 6 years in Oracle IDM implementations as a Technical Lead

• Must Have\:
  • Experience in Architecture and Solution design for customer engagements in the Identity/Security space, including cloud security concepts.
  • Drive Solution Architecture for customer requirements with estimation, staffing plan and schedule planning
  • Product expertise in at least 2 Oracle IDM product family with in depth technical skills from installation to troubleshooting
  • Provide design decision around Product Fitment for a customer requirement/RFP/ Solution design
  • Conduct Architecture and Design review to provide guidance and Quality assurance around best practices and frameworks
  • Define Strategy, Architecture and High level Technical Design
  • Peripheral experience in Pre Sales, Project Management or TOGAF certification is a plus.
  • Niche skills like IDCS, OAAM/ Mobile & Cloud/ Entitlement is a plus

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.!|!
