Principal Consultant

Job Description

1. As a Technical Consultant, you will be working on both offshore and onsite client projects.
2. You will be working in projects which will involve Oracle BI Applications or OBIEE/OAC  Implementation, You will be Interacting with client to understand and gather requirement
3. You will be responsible for technical design, development, and system/integration testing using oracle methodologies

Desired Profile

1. End –to-end OBIEE/OAC and/or Oracle BI Applications implementation experience
2. Expert knowledge of BI Applications including basic and advanced configurations with Oracle eBS suite or Siebel CRM or Peoplesoft HRMS as the source system
3. Expert knowledge of OBIEE/OAC RPD design and reports design
4. Expert knowledge  ODI, BAW and  customization
5. Architectural Solution Definition
6. Any Industry Standard Certifications will be a plus
7. Good knowledge in Oracle database and development Experience in the database application.
8. Creativity, Personal Drive, Influencing and Negotiating, Problem Solving
9. Building Effective Relationships, Customer Focus, Effective Communication, Coaching
10. Ready to travel as and when required by project

1. 8-12 yrs of Data warehousing and Business Intelligence project experience
2. Having 4-6 years of project experience on BI Applications and OBIEE/OAC with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations
3. 2 yrs of specialized BI Applications and OBIEE/OAC customization and solution architecture experience.
4. Worked on Financial, SCM or HR Analytics recently in implementation and configuration

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.!|!
